As a volunteer for the Museum, I drove a 50% increased engagement rate on social media (Facebook, Instagram) by researching, writing, and promoting blog content. I also analyzed the Museum’s previous social media posts and similar organizations’ campaigns to develop content ideas that creatively showcased the Museum’s collections.
